It begins with several wash, deionized rinse and rapid, non-contact drying stages to remove any possible contaminants that could interfere with finish adhesion. Next comes a deep graphite powder coat base applied by an automated system to ensure an even, smooth and consistent color for each wheel. Finally, the application of a satin clear coat provides a durable and fade resistant layer of protection with a beautiful, long lasting sheen.
