1. Limited Warranty Coverage
OE Wheel Distributors LLC stands behind the quality and workmanship of its wheel products.
This Limited Warranty applies to eligible OE Wheel Distributors LLC products purchased through OE Wheel Distributors LLC or an authorized dealer, subject to the conditions and exclusions described below.
Coverage applies to the original retail purchaser and is nontransferable.
2. Lifetime Structural Warranty
OE Wheel Distributors LLC warrants that its wheels will be free from structural failure resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product.
This warranty applies only to approved vehicle fitment applications and requires proper installation and use in accordance with applicable installation guidelines.
3. One-Year Finish Warranty
OE Wheel Distributors LLC warrants that the face finish of its wheels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from the original retail purchase date.
Damage resulting from improper cleaning, maintenance, environmental exposure, road hazards, or other excluded causes is not covered.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, failure, or defects resulting from:
- Improper wheel installation or failure to follow applicable Wheel & Tire Council (WTC) Aftermarket Wheel Installation Guidelines.
- Incorrect vehicle fitment or use outside approved fitment applications.
- Improper maintenance or failure to follow recommended cleaning procedures.
- Exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals or damage resulting from car wash equipment or cleaning products.
- Accidents, collisions, impacts, potholes, road hazards, or other adverse road conditions.
- Improper vehicle use, including on-road or off-road racing.
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications, including stripping, refinishing, welding, machining, repairs, or drilling.
- Use of accessories, adapters, or hardware not supplied or approved in writing by OE Wheel Distributors LLC.
5. Installation Requirements
All wheels must be properly installed by a qualified or certified technician in accordance with applicable WTC Aftermarket Wheel Installation Guidelines.
Before tires are mounted, wheels should be test-fitted to verify correct vehicle application, brake clearance, suspension clearance, and proper rotation.
Failure to follow installation instructions or use wheels within their approved applications may void warranty coverage to the extent the failure or damage results from noncompliance.
6. Warranty Claim Procedures
Customers seeking warranty service should contact the authorized retail or wholesale dealer from whom the product was originally purchased.
To initiate a warranty claim, the following may be required:
- Proof of original purchase.
- Product identification and wheel specifications.
- Photographs documenting the reported concern.
- A description of the issue and circumstances under which it occurred.
- Return of the affected wheel for inspection when requested.
Authorized dealers should coordinate warranty claims with OE Wheel Distributors LLC through their designated account representative or customer service team.
OE Wheel Distributors LLC reserves the right to inspect the affected product and evaluate the claim before determining warranty eligibility.
7. Warranty Resolution
If OE Wheel Distributors LLC determines that a wheel qualifies for coverage under this Limited Warranty, OE Wheel Distributors LLC will provide a replacement wheel or another remedy agreed upon and permitted by applicable law.
Warranty coverage applies to the wheel itself.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the purchaser is responsible for costs associated with tire dismounting, mounting, balancing, reinstallation, and applicable shipping expenses.
Replacement products remain subject to the applicable warranty terms.
8. Limitations & Conditions
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and expires when ownership of the product is transferred to another party.
This Limited Warranty is the sole express product warranty provided by OE Wheel Distributors LLC unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OE Wheel Distributors LLC disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
OE Wheel Distributors LLC shall not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent such limitations are permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
9. Wholesale Dealer Responsibilities
Authorized wholesale dealers are responsible for communicating applicable warranty information to their customers and assisting with warranty claims in accordance with OE Wheel Distributors LLC' established procedures.
Dealers should ensure that products are sold for appropriate vehicle applications and that end customers receive proper installation and maintenance information.
Warranty claims must be submitted through the appropriate dealer or OE Wheel Distributors LLC customer service channel.
10. Warranty vs. Standard Returns
Warranty claims are separate from standard returns or exchanges.
The 30-day return period outlined in the OE Wheel Distributors LLC B2B Return & Refund Policy does not limit valid warranty claims made during the applicable warranty coverage period.
Wheels that have been mounted or installed may still be eligible for warranty consideration when a covered defect is reported.
