1. General Terms
Welcome to OE Wheel Distributors LLC B2B. This website is intended for authorized wholesale customers, including automotive dealers, retailers, and other approved business purchasers.
By accessing this website, establishing a wholesale account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable OE Wheel Distributors LLC policies.
OE Wheel Distributors LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms as necessary. Updates will be posted on this website.
2. Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale accounts are subject to approval by OE Wheel Distributors LLC.
Customers must provide accurate business, contact, and account information. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for orders placed through their authorized accounts.
OE Wheel Distributors LLC reserves the right to verify account information and suspend or restrict accounts for security concerns, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with applicable account terms.
3. Pricing & Orders
Wholesale pricing is subject to change without notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All orders are subject to product availability, account status, payment approval, and order verification.
OE Wheel Distributors LLC reserves the right to correct pricing or product listing errors and cancel affected orders. Payments collected for canceled merchandise will be refunded or credited as appropriate.
An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability or shipment.
4. Payment Terms & Credit Accounts
Customers requesting payment terms must complete a credit application and have an approved credit account established with OE Wheel Distributors LLC.
All customers purchasing on credit terms are required to have a completed credit application on file.
Credit limits, payment due dates, and other credit conditions are determined by OE Wheel Distributors LLC and are subject to the customer's approved credit agreement.
Customers are responsible for paying invoices in accordance with their approved terms.
OE Wheel Distributors LLC reserves the right to place orders on hold, restrict credit privileges, or require alternative payment arrangements for accounts that become past due or exceed approved credit limits, subject to applicable agreements.
Credit Card Payments on Statements
Customers with approved payment terms who elect to pay outstanding invoices or statements using a credit card instead of ACH or check may be assessed a credit card service fee of up to 3%, where permitted by applicable law and card network rules.
Any applicable fee will be disclosed before payment is processed and will not exceed the amount permitted by applicable requirements.
This provision applies to credit card payments on outstanding balances and does not automatically impose a fee on every website purchase.
5. Sales Tax & Resale Certificates
Applicable sales taxes will be collected unless the customer qualifies for an exemption.
Customers claiming tax-exempt status must provide valid resale certificates or other required documentation.
OE Wheel Distributors LLC reserves the right to collect applicable sales taxes when sufficient exemption documentation is not on file.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, subject to inventory availability, payment approval, and order volume.
Shipping charges and delivery arrangements are determined by the customer's account terms, destination, order specifications, and shipping method.
Orders may ship from multiple distribution centers and may arrive separately. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Drop Shipping
OE Wheel Distributors LLC provides drop shipping services to authorized wholesale customers.
Dealers may arrange for orders to be shipped directly to their customers or other approved locations.
The purchasing dealer remains responsible for order accuracy, shipping information, and communication with the end customer.
Drop-shipped orders are subject to the applicable shipping and return policies.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our B2B Return & Refund Policy.
OE Wheel Distributors LLC does not charge restocking fees for authorized wholesale returns.
Dealers are responsible for return shipping when the incorrect merchandise was ordered, an end customer cancels after shipment, or a return is requested for reasons unrelated to an OE Wheel Distributors LLC error.
All returns require prior authorization. Wheels that have had tires mounted or have been installed or used are not eligible for standard returns.

9. Wheel Fitment & Installation
Wholesale customers and installers are responsible for confirming proper wheel specifications and vehicle fitment before mounting or installation.
Wheels should be test-fitted and checked for proper clearance before tires are mounted.
OE Wheel Distributors LLC is not responsible for costs arising solely from incorrect product selection or improper installation, except as otherwise required by law or applicable written warranty.
10. Limited Warranty
OE Wheel Distributors LLC products are covered by the applicable written Limited Warranty Policy, which establishes the terms, conditions, coverage periods, exclusions, and warranty claim procedures.
Warranty claims are separate from standard merchandise returns.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OE Wheel Distributors LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from transactions under these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified.
12. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through the B2B website is handled in accordance with our B2B Privacy Policy.

13. SMS Communications
OE Wheel Distributors LLC may offer SMS text messaging services to wholesale customers who provide the required consent.
By expressly opting in to an applicable SMS program, customers agree to receive the types of messages described in the enrollment disclosure, which may include order confirmations, shipping updates, account notifications, customer service communications, and promotional messages where separately authorized.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing products or services.
Customers may opt out of applicable SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or using another provided opt-out method. Reply HELP for assistance.
SMS consent and opt-in data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable messaging requirements.
14. Website Use
Customers agree to use the B2B website only for lawful business purposes.
Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized account access, misuse of website systems, or other unlawful activities are prohibited.
OE Wheel Distributors LLC reserves the right to restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect its business, website, or customers.
15. Additional Agreements
Where a customer has entered into a separately executed credit agreement or other written agreement with OE Wheel Distributors LLC, the terms of that agreement will control in the event of a direct conflict concerning its subject matter, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
