Returns & Refunds

OE Wheel Distributors LLC is committed to providing quality products and reliable service to our wholesale customers.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. All returns require prior authorization from OE Wheel Distributors LLC.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Wheels must not have had tires mounted or been installed or used.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, center caps, hardware, and other supplied components.
  • Returns must be authorized by OE Wheel Distributors LLC before shipment.

OE Wheel Distributors LLC does not charge restocking fees for authorized wholesale returns.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

The purchasing dealer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including applicable shipping insurance, when a return is requested for reasons not caused by an error by OE Wheel Distributors LLC.

These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • The dealer ordered the incorrect product, size, finish, or fitment.
  • The dealer's customer canceled an order after shipment.
  • The dealer or end customer no longer wants the product.
  • The dealer requests a return or exchange for reasons unrelated to an OE Wheel Distributors LLC fulfillment error.

Original outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns.

If OE Wheel Distributors LLC ships an incorrect product due to our error, OE Wheel Distributors LLC will coordinate the correction and cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Wheel Fitment & Installation

Dealers and installers are responsible for verifying proper wheel fitment before mounting tires or installing wheels on a vehicle.

Before mounting tires, a qualified installer should test-fit a wheel on both the front and rear of the vehicle, rotate the wheel 360 degrees, and verify proper clearances.

Wheels that have had tires mounted or have been installed or used are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

This restriction does not eliminate applicable product warranty rights or remedies required by law.

Return Packaging Requirements

All returned merchandise must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

  • Original protective packaging should be used whenever possible.
  • Cardboard must not come into direct contact with the finished face of any wheel.
  • Wheels must be securely packaged to prevent movement or contact during shipment.
  • All accessories, including center caps and hardware, must be included and properly secured.
  • Return shipments should be insured for the full product value.

Products damaged during return transportation, improperly packaged, or received in a condition that is not resalable may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund following inspection.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt and before installation.

Any visible shipping damage, missing products, incorrect items, or other shipment discrepancies should be reported to OE Wheel Distributors LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims should include the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs when applicable.

Customers should retain all original packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been reviewed.

Shipping damage, shortages, and product defect claims will be reviewed in accordance with applicable carrier requirements, product warranties, customer account terms, and law.

Drop-Ship Orders

OE Wheel Distributors LLC offers drop shipping services to authorized wholesale customers.

For products shipped directly to a dealer's customer, the purchasing dealer is responsible for coordinating return requests, communicating return instructions, and ensuring that returned merchandise meets the requirements of this policy.

If the dealer's customer cancels an order after shipment, orders the wrong product, or requests a return for reasons unrelated to an OE Wheel Distributors LLC error, the purchasing dealer is responsible for all applicable return shipping costs.

The same 30-day return period and product condition requirements apply to drop-ship orders.

Approved refunds or credits will be issued to the purchasing dealer, not directly to the end consumer.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability and return eligibility requirements.

Dealers are responsible for applicable return shipping charges, shipping insurance, and any differences in product pricing when an exchange is requested for reasons unrelated to an OE Wheel Distributors LLC error.

Shipping charges for replacement products are determined by the dealer's applicable shipping terms.

No restocking fee will be charged for authorized wholesale exchanges.

Refunds & Account Credits

Once returned merchandise has been received and inspected, OE Wheel Distributors LLC will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund or account credit.

Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or applied as a credit to the dealer's account, depending on the original transaction and applicable account terms.

Original shipping charges and applicable return shipping costs are nonrefundable for standard returns.

OE Wheel Distributors LLC reserves the right to deny or adjust refunds for merchandise that does not meet the return eligibility requirements.

Returns After 30 Days

Standard returns and exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from the original delivery date.

This limitation does not affect valid product warranty claims or remedies required by applicable law.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from OE Wheel Distributors LLC.

Dealers must contact their designated account representative or the OE Wheel Distributors LLC customer service team to initiate a return request and obtain return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Policy Updates

OE Wheel Distributors LLC reserves the right to update this policy as necessary. The most current version will be available on our B2B website.
